Troubleshooting and current limits

What to check when a model fails, looks wrong or cannot be exported.

Generation does not finish

Check the task status in your workspace. A task may fail because of service availability, a timeout or input problems. Retry with a shorter, more concrete prompt; make sure an optional image is PNG, JPEG or WebP and under 10 MB. If you have several tasks in progress or have reached the hourly limit, wait before retrying. Availability depends on the AI service configuration.

The model or texture looks wrong

Inspect it in the 3D preview, request a specific change using text editing, or open the .bbmodel in Blockbench to fix cubes and UVs. Textures are basic procedural pixel art, not finished material paintings. Edits produce a new asset, not a modification of the original file.

Export fails or does not show in game

Only completed assets can be exported. Java conversion can reject rotated bones or unsupported cube angles; use the .bbmodel to adjust the geometry. Java and Bedrock ZIPs are not complete resource packs: models must be referenced by the correct game-version-specific pack definitions. See the Java and Bedrock setup guides.

What is not supported?

BlockyForge does not currently generate animations, save animation keyframes, export directly to ModelEngine, build automatic collision boxes or publish to a marketplace. Test all results and target-game compatibility before using them in a released project.
